If your order has not been processed, you can change or cancel your order by fill the form at left . If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to change your order and you will need to make a return or exchange once you receive your goods.
I haven't received my order yet, has it been shipped?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, than yes, your order has been shipped from our warehouse. DHL,EMS,TNT orders currently take from 3-8 business days to arrive. HongKong Postal orders can take from 2-5 weeks since several of our packages get held up in customs. If your international order has not arrived within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post and customs offices to make sure your package is not being held.
